FAQS:

What are the ingredients?

All of our cookies start with:

Wheat Flour, Redpath Pure Cane Sugar, Coconut Oil, Earth’s Own Oat Milk, Pure Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt.

Chocolate chips are dairy free. Snickerdoodles also contain cinnamon, and nutmeg. Celebration Sprinkles are all vegan from Sweetapolita. Oats and raisins are, obviously, in our oatmeal raisin.

If you require more in-depth allergen information, kindly contact us and we can ensure your cookies are free from common allergens.

Are All Your Cookies Vegan?

Yes, absolutely. All ingredients are 100% vegan.

This means: No eggs, no dairy, no gelatin, no sugar processed through bone char. Everything is safe for consumption by vegetarians and vegans.

What Is The Shelf Life?

Our cookies are best eaten within a week or two of receiving. We individually wrap them to ensure freshness. You can pop them in a cool, dry place in their packaging to ensure they don’t go stale. (But we’ve never had that problem!).

The date stamped on your box from the post office is the date they were baked.

Are Your Cookies Nut Free?

We do not add any nuts to our recipes, however, we work in a kitchen that often uses nuts. We clean and sanitize everything but cannot make any guarantees that cross-contamination will not happen with nuts.

Can I order more than 12 cookies at a time?

If you want a larger batch of cookies, feel free to contact us through our contact page or simply add what you’d like to the cart and add the trackable shipping option to receive it all in one shipment. To make our cookies as affordable as possible, they are sent lettermail - which means they have to be packaged a certain way and weigh under 500g. If you want more than 12 (450g), we have to send it in multiple parcels, or pay extra for parcel shipping.

If you want it to go to multiple different addresses, please make separate orders.

I didn’t receive my cookies!

We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for untracked orders. We do provide proof of shipment by lettermail - which can take a few days more or less than what Canada Post predicts. Often it’s just a matter of waiting a few extra days - but contact us and we can work something reasonable out. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a yummy treat not make it all the way to your mouth.

We recommend adding tracking for important gift orders. This way we have insurance and can offer a refund, in case a Canada Post mail box decides to eat your cookies instead.
